📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end operations of chartered/shuttle transportation nationwide. • Oversee route planning, line adjustments, and vehicle occupancy to ensure logistical efficiency and punctuality. • Activate crisis squads and ensure 24/7 response for emergency situations. • Lead audits of carriers (documentation, maintenance, safety, driver conduct). • Consolidate monthly measurements, performance reports, and KPIs such as on-time performance ≥95% and CSAT ≥85%. • Promote a high-performance culture based on purpose, discipline, continuous feedback, and recognition. • Lead management routines: monthly KPI reviews, corrective action plans, and stakeholder alignment. • Develop and engage multidisciplinary teams, preparing successors and leaders. • Operate with strategic thinking, results focus, and a future-oriented vision. • Ensure ethics, transparency, and accountability in the management of contracts, people, and resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Nutrition, or related fields. • Postgraduate degree/MBA in Operations Management or Facilities Management is a plus. • Solid experience in Facilities management, Food Services, and/or chartered/shuttle transportation. • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) is valued. • Experience in governance of large-scale contracts and management of multimillion budgets. • Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish; English is a plus. • Proficiency in management tools: SAP, Power BI, Ariba, Jira.
