• Monitor and support the operational routines of the unit's food services; • Manage and oversee food service contracts, ensuring compliance with SLAs, quality indicators, food safety and contractual requirements; • Interface with food suppliers for operational alignment, handling deviations and implementing action plans; • Support budget control, monthly measurements and validation of food service billing; • Monitor indicators such as volume served, user satisfaction, sanitary compliance and operational performance; • Provide support to internal departments and the client, ensuring operational flow, adherence to processes and service governance; • Provide support for operational contingencies related to food services, ensuring service continuity; • Provide technical support to the team, contributing to process standardization, continuous improvement and strengthening governance; • Prepare and monitor management reports, dashboards and operational KPIs for the food service operation.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Nutrition or related fields. • Postgraduate degree/MBA in Operations Management or Facilities Management is a plus. • Solid experience in Facilities management, Food Services and/or fleet/shuttle transport operations. • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) is valued. • Experience in governance of large-scale contracts and multi‑million budget management. • Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish; English is a plus. • Proficiency in management tools: SAP, Power BI, Ariba, Jira.
