📋 Description

• Driving regional sales and managing strategic client relationships • Engaging in specification sales and prospecting activities to expand client portfolio • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including clients, project owners, architects, project developers and strategic installers • Effective project follow-up including coordination of deliveries and management of customer claims • Monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery and product compliance, quality and customer satisfaction • Use data to manage pipelines and increase efficiency • Providing technical & commercial support tailored to client needs • Monitoring payment processes and following up on outstanding balances

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in a construction-related field such as engineering, architecture or similar, or equivalent through relevant professional experience • Relevant commercial experience in specification and/or project Sales, preferably in the Building & Construction industry • Strong understanding of building physics, general construction practices and the ability to interact with stakeholders across the construction value chain • Experience with insulation materials is a plus • Fluent in both Italian and English
