📋 Description

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close • Drive new logo acquisition across the Nordic region • Take full ownership of all sales activities within your territory • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product, and Leadership • Deliver tailored demos and proof-of-value engagements to accelerate deals • Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders • Apply structured sales methodologies to drive consistent outcomes • Manage pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce • Mentor and support junior team members where needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3 + years of experience as a top-performing Account Executive • 1+ years of experience in cybersecurity • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas (year over year) • Strong experience in hunting and closing new enterprise logo deals • Experience managing complex sales cycles • Experience selling into the Nordic region • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Self-starter with a “hunter” mindset • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment • Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM
