📋 Description

• Lead the team’s execution across several workstreams, ensuring high-quality delivery within every sprint • Own the Sprint Planning process • Act as the primary bridge between the team and other departments to remove blockers and support cross-team dependencies • Improve team velocity and individual capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and identifying skill gaps • Own the technical design of team features, ensuring scalability, reliability, and clean architecture • Participate in high-scale, cloud-based development using AWS and MongoDB • Conduct rigorous code reviews • Work with Product Managers to shape features from initial concept through production • Participate in technical sessions with customers • Serve as a focal point for domain-related discussions and own communication with internal Customer Success teammates • Lead discussions and technical decisions for enhancements and new feature planning • Integrate AI tools and workflows into the daily development lifecycle, including AI-assisted coding, automated testing, and prompt-driven prototyping • Drive a culture where speed does not sacrifice stability and ensure the team uses modern tools effectively

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on development experience • At least 3–5 years in a leadership role • Deep expertise in Node.js (must-have) • Experience with React (preferred) • Familiarity with AWS (must-have) • Python experience is a plus • Early adopter of AI technologies and passion for using AI to improve developer experience and system performance • Proven track record of managing project execution and delivering end-to-end features in a fast-paced environment • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to lead a global team and communicate complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders • Full-time availability with standard daily availability and reasonable working hours overlap with Israel and EU teams
