📋 Description

• Lead team execution across several workstreams and ensure high-quality sprint delivery • Own the Sprint Planning process • Coordinate with other departments, remove blockers, and support cross-team dependencies • Improve team velocity and individual capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and identifying skill gaps • Own the technical design of scalable, reliable, and clean team features • Participate hands-on in high-scale cloud-based development using AWS and MongoDB • Conduct rigorous code reviews • Collaborate with Product Managers from initial concept through production • Participate in technical sessions with customers • Lead domain-related discussions and communicate with internal Customer Success teammates • Lead discussions and technical decisions for enhancements and new feature planning • Integrate AI tools and workflows into daily development, including AI-assisted coding, automated testing, and prompt-driven prototyping • Drive efficient delivery while maintaining stability and quality

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on development experience • At least 3–5 years in a leadership role • Deep expertise in Node.js (must-have) • Familiarity with AWS (must-have) • Experience with React (preferred) • Python experience is a plus • Early adopter of AI technologies and passion for improving developer experience and system performance with AI • Proven track record of managing project execution and delivering end-to-end features in a fast-paced environment • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to lead a global team and communicate complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
