📋 Description

• Manage the top-of-funnel Business Development (BD) sales pipeline in our CRM (Recruiterflow) • Serve as the central authority for project resource allocation • Navigate fast-paced, high-stakes communication with senior stakeholders • Monitor the velocity and performance patterns of our ~210 annual searches • Act as a dedicated system-builder, driving the firm-wide adoption of repeatable operational workflows and emerging AI tools • Lead Oxeon’s post-search quality review and Net Promoter Score (NPS) processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Business Operations, or cross-functional execution role within a high-growth, fast-paced environment • 5–7 years of experience steering staffing, resource allocation, revenue operations, or project management within a highly consultative, fast-paced client services environment • Bachelor’s Degree required
