📋 Description

• Responsible for the technical management of expansion activities involving passive and active components in the aggregation network • Coordinate logistics partners to ensure the timely provision of hardware components for the FTTH rollout • Coordinate installation and construction partners for the nationwide POP rollout • Coordinate suppliers to provide Ethernet wholesale products and transmission capacity • Verify FTTH planning data against capacity and dimensioning guidelines (xPON) • Ensure compliance with the qualitative and measurable criteria defined in the network dimensioning guidelines during the network architecture phase • Serve as the interface to project managers responsible for the regional FTTH rollout • Coordinate the provisioning and acceptance of Vodafone transport services for the rollout areas • Take responsibility for the MFG/OLT rollout in cooperation with logistics and installation partners

🎯 Requirements

• Confident manner and openness when working in multicultural teams • German language skills at C1 level • English language skills • Knowledge of telecommunications engineering • Knowledge of fiber-optic deployment for FTTx networks • Knowledge of the installation and modification of telecommunications systems and infrastructure • Practical experience working with suppliers and service providers • Completed university degree in communications engineering, telecommunications engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification • Ideally, initial professional experience in managing complex projects • Initiative, decision-making skills, energy, and a results-oriented mindset
