• Realizar atenciones a través de chat, WhatsApp y Google Meet, resolviendo dudas y orientando a los clientes sobre nuestros productos (OZmap, OZmob, OZloc, OZconverter, entre otros); • Escalar y hacer seguimiento de demandas técnicas junto a los equipos internos, garantizando agilidad y calidad en la resolución; • Traducir y revisar artículos técnicos de nuestra base de conocimiento (Portugués ↔ Español), con apoyo de IA; • Participar en entrenamientos y contribuir a la mejora continua de la experiencia del cliente;
• Experiencia en atención o soporte al cliente — mínimo de 1 año; • Español fluido o nativo — obligatorio; • Inglés básico o intermedio — obligatorio; • Conocimiento o experiencia en redes de fibra óptica o proveedores de internet — obligatorio; • Experiencia previa en atención técnica multicanal (chat, WhatsApp, e-mail y videollamadas por Google Meet/Zoom/Teams); • Conocimiento básico en Paquete Office y Google Workspace.
