• Conduct direct cold sales of non-custodial staking products • Be responsible for clients including various types of funds (VCs, hedge funds, ETFs, ETPs, etc.), family offices, and high-net-worth individuals (whales) • Proactively identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, understand and address their needs, and deliver tailored solutions. • Lead and manage deals, coordinating independently with relevant departments—product, legal, and research—to ensure smooth deal closure. • Oversee the entire deal cycle, from initial cold outreach to contract signing and payment receipt.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in tech or finance. • Proven track record of closing large deals (around $1 million+ USD). • Comfortable with competitive cold outreach to C-level executives and company founders, achieving successful outcomes. • Fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese. • Deep understanding of blockchain market dynamics and underlying technologies. • Highly self-organized and disciplined. • Ability to maintain a high work tempo.
