📋 Description
• Design, build, and maintain business data marts supporting analytics, reporting, and organizational decision-making • Implement and manage Master Data Management (MDM) for core business entities such as clients, networks, and products • Automate client and internal business reporting to reduce manual processes and improve insight reliability • Develop and support on-chain and off-chain data pipelines with high data quality, scalability, and reliability • Build and own critical business dashboards to provide visibility into business health and proactively surface insights and anomalies to stakeholders • Work closely with stakeholders, take ownership of analytical tasks, decompose problems, and deliver end-to-end solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, and performance optimization; Google BigQuery experience preferred • Strong analytical skills using Python, including pandas, numpy, or similar analytical libraries • Experience with modern data stack tools such as Airflow and dbt for ETL orchestration and transformation • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Superset, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker • Strong data storytelling ability, including forming hypotheses, validating them with data, and communicating insights effectively • Ability to work closely with stakeholders, own analytical tasks, decompose problems, and deliver end-to-end solutions • English proficiency at B2 or higher • Experience in the crypto / blockchain ecosystem is a strong plus
