📋 Description
• Develop, administer, and maintain compensation programs • Manage administration of direct compensation • Create consistent compensation guidelines • Analyze and provide recommendations for new hire offers and promotions • Conduct salary surveys and maintain salary survey database • Ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations • Assist HR Team and other business partners with compensation-related issues
🎯 Requirements
• 4 years’ experience in Human Resources • Experience with job analysis/evaluation/wage grade structure design • Experience with compensation research and data analysis • Experience with benefit administration • BS/BA degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR Certification preferred
