📋 Description

• Provides environmental management support to Paper, Containerboard and Transportation locations. • Provides regulatory support and conducts environmental training and audits. • Develops and shares best practices throughout the operating locations. • Maintains a comprehensive understanding of applicable federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations. • Manages scheduling and implementation of compliance audits. • Coordinates finalization and legal review of audit reports. • Assists with environmental self-assessment and EMS programs. • Provides auditing tools for inspections of hazardous waste and other compliance areas. • Assists with due diligence investigations related to property transactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or equivalent • Five to ten years of experience working in manufacturing operations • Fluency in safe work practices, environmental compliance, and auditing • Experienced in agency interfacing.
