• Own the Checkout product strategy, roadmap, and performance • Work closely with engineering and design to deliver complex initiatives • Lead end-to-end delivery with minimal oversight • Own KPIs and use data to influence business strategy • Align senior stakeholders around Checkout strategy • Oversee GTM for Checkout launches across multiple segments
• Hands-on experience with payments, checkout, or comparable consumer-facing fintech experiences at scale • Experience owning high-stakes, high-complexity products end-to-end • Technical credibility with systems and APIs • Data-fluency and metrics-led approach • Experience in scale-up or startup environments • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to manage hard trade-offs across multiple stakeholders • Willingness for regular in-person collaboration
