📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical and strategic focal point for the account/billing payments product, serving as the reference for regulatory (Bacen/Febraban), operational and ecosystem evolution topics. • Lead the strategy and development of boleto, taxes and billing products, including payment flows via barcode, DDA, direct debit and/or vehicle-related debits. • Translate regulatory and operational challenges and business opportunities into product solutions and enhancements, ensuring efficiency, security and product growth. • Define, prioritize and evolve the medium- and long-term roadmap, aligned with company strategy and regulatory guidelines. • Manage the product backlog, ensuring continuous delivery of value based on data, financial impact and customer experience. • Monitor and evolve strategic KPIs (conversion, settlement, failures, costs, revenue, customer experience and risk), with ongoing action plans. • Structure and enhance integrations with strategic partners and optimize inquiry, validation, settlement and reconciliation flows, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to market rules. • Lead discovery, experimentation and hypothesis validation, while monitoring the market, regulations and customer behavior to anticipate opportunities. • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure execution, and direct go-to-market activities (rollouts) and executive/regulatory reporting, ensuring performance, risk control and financial sustainability (costs and monetization).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher. • Experience with payment integrations (core banking, partner banks (BaaS), billing and settlement platforms). • Knowledge of DDA (Authorized Direct Debit), direct debit and barcode-based settlement processes. • Experience with payment journeys (inquiry, validation, payment and reconciliation). • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and backlog management. • Experience with financial products for corporate clients (B2B). • Knowledge of Bacen regulations and Febraban payment standards. • Experience integrating ERPs and financial reconciliation. • Experience working with Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) partners. • Experience with digital products for billing and issuing boletos. • Knowledge of vehicle-related debits and taxes (IPVA, IPTU, fines, etc.). • Experience analyzing transaction costs and monetization models. • Intermediate to advanced English.
