📋 Description

• Lead the product lifecycle (discovery, development, launch, and continuous evolution). • Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for the credit card product, with a focus on projects related to credit limit management and billing & payment management (revolving credit, invoice installment plans, fees, interest rate caps and payment features). • Translate business needs into clear, prioritized requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria. • Manage and prioritize the backlog based on data, impact and strategic alignment. • Conduct discovery for new features, customer journeys and improvements, focusing on data and customer experience in collaboration with partner teams. • Monitor product performance metrics (activation, TPV — total payment volume, utilization rate and abandonment rate). • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Credit, Risk, Compliance and Operations teams. • Identify opportunities to optimize customer journeys and operational processes. • Ensure compliance with financial market regulations and internal policies. • Lead the handling of critical incidents and structural product improvements. • Coordinate alignments with executive stakeholders and present results and product evolution plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering or Technology. • Experience preparing analyses and tracking KPIs. • Experience leading discovery processes and defining product requirements. • Experience with digital products in agile environments (Scrum and Kanban). • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar. • Knowledge of financial market regulations (Brazilian Central Bank — BACEN, card networks and payment schemes).
