📋 Description

• End-to-end deal cycle: from initial outreach through deal preparation to successful closing • Networking: maintain and expand existing contacts within the M&A environment, including contacts provided by us • Leverage your own network: build and activate your existing contact network from private equity, M&A advisory firms, and similar organizations • Close collaboration with the team: coordinate with executive management on deal origination and structuring • Market monitoring: identify relevant target companies and key contacts within the M&A ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in M&A, ideally with successfully closed deals • Own network in the M&A or private equity scene is an advantage • Closing mentality focused on results combined with a structured approach to deal preparation • Confident, professional manner when dealing with decision-makers • Native-level German; English skills are an advantage
