⢠End-to-end deal cycle: from initial outreach through deal preparation to successful closing ⢠Networking: maintain and expand existing contacts within the M&A environment, including contacts provided by us ⢠Leverage your own network: build and activate your existing contact network from private equity, M&A advisory firms, and similar organizations ⢠Close collaboration with the team: coordinate with executive management on deal origination and structuring ⢠Market monitoring: identify relevant target companies and key contacts within the M&A ecosystem
⢠Experience in M&A, ideally with successfully closed deals ⢠Own network in the M&A or private equity scene is an advantage ⢠Closing mentality focused on results combined with a structured approach to deal preparation ⢠Confident, professional manner when dealing with decision-makers ⢠Native-level German; English skills are an advantage
