• - Handling administrative tasks across 3 organizations (massage studio, church, nonprofit) • - Taking care of social media management • - Project management for various ongoing projects
🎯 Requirements
• - Have a detailed overview of all businesses and projects, and the ability to manage them • - Manage timelines, events, tasks, take care of calendars, emails, communication and more • - Be involved in the CEO´s day-to-day, high engagement, assuring smooth progress on all projects • - Ideally, they can work in LA timezone, or at least a 4-5 hr overlap, and be easily reachable
