📋 Description

• Generate high-quality visual concepts using AI platforms (Claude, Gemini, and others) • Apply prompt engineering techniques to control output quality, style, and consistency • Design creatives that align with a clean, modern biotech aesthetic • Contribute to both creative direction and execution • Collaborate internally to iterate on concepts and improve output quality • Stay current with emerging AI tools and continuously improve workflows • Refine and elevate AI-generated assets using: • - Adobe Photoshop • - Adobe Illustrator • - Figma

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with: • - Adobe Suite • - Figma • - Gemini • - Claude • - Demonstrated experience using AI tools for design workflows (Claude, Gemini, etc.) • - Strong prompt engineering ability (not just basic usage) • - Solid understanding of: • - Layout and composition • - Typography • - Visual hierarchy • - Ability to take rough/generated assets and bring them to a high-end, production-ready standard • - Excellent English communication skills • - Ability to work independently in a remote environment • **We are specifically looking for someone who can:** • - Leverage AI as a tool, not a crutch • - Control output quality through prompting and refinement • - Deliver clean, modern, high-trust creative aligned with a biotech aesthetic
