📋 Description
• Source, recruit, and onboard UGC creators and influencers daily • Build and nurture long-term relationships with a growing creator community • Monitor content output and performance, including posts and impressions • Serve as the main point of contact for creators and maintain warm, responsive communication • Scale the creator community from its current stage to hundreds or thousands of creators
🎯 Requirements
• Experience working with a US-based DTC brand targeting parents/families • Experience managing US-based influencers • Proven experience building or scaling an influencer/creator community • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • High-energy, positive, and people-first personality • Highly organized and comfortable managing a large creator pipeline • CST preferred; PST or EST also considered
