📋 Description

• Launch, manage, optimize, and scale Facebook/Meta ad campaigns across multiple B2B and digital offers • Test and scale winning creatives, audiences, ad angles, hooks, offers, and funnels • Partner closely with the founder to develop messaging, campaign concepts, and offer positioning • Apply guerrilla marketing and unconventional growth strategies to identify customer-acquisition opportunities • Bring new campaign ideas, testing opportunities, and strategic recommendations proactively • Monitor and optimize CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs • Support growth initiatives for YouTube-related products, affiliate offers, coaching and consulting programs, and online courses • Manage multiple campaigns and offers simultaneously while maintaining performance and attention to detail • Analyze campaign performance, identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to improve ad performance and campaign outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing and scaling Facebook/Meta advertising campaigns • Strong background in direct-response marketing, performance marketing, and paid customer acquisition • Experience running paid media campaigns for coaches, consultants, online education businesses, digital products, or online courses • Demonstrated ability to test and scale creatives, audiences, offers, funnels, and messaging • Experience with affiliate marketing campaigns is highly preferred • Strong understanding of conversion-focused marketing and customer psychology • Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership without requiring constant direction • Creative and strategic thinker able to develop unconventional, guerrilla-style marketing ideas • Ability to think outside the box and identify growth opportunities beyond standard paid-media tactics • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization • Ability to manage multiple offers, campaigns, and priorities simultaneously • Experience in the YouTube, creator economy, coaching, consulting, or online education space • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate directly with founders and cross-functional teams
