• Source and recruit creative and IT talent (primarily video editors, graphic designers, and related roles) based in SEA • Review portfolios and assess creative quality to identify top-tier talent • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates and provide clients with curated recommendations • Collaborate with clients to understand their creative needs, brand standards, and specific project requirements • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to final offer, including scheduling interviews with clients • Leverage social media and creative platforms (Behance, Dribbble, etc.) to identify and attract top creative talent • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and industry partners • Continuously analyze and improve recruitment processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Experience working in or recruiting for digital agencies, marketing agencies, media companies, or creative production environments • Strong understanding of creative roles and ability to evaluate creative work quality OR hands-on experience as a creative professional (video editor, graphic designer, etc.) with interest in recruiting • Familiarity with the SEA talent market is a plus • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
