📋 Description

• Turn 60-minute podcast recordings into engaging **Instagram Reels** and short-form videos. • Identify the strongest 30–60 second moments and craft compelling hooks that capture attention immediately. • Edit talking-head videos, founder updates, behind-the-scenes content, and business-focused clips. • Create clean, readable captions with burned-in subtitles optimized for mobile viewing. • Deliver polished vertical videos that feel native to Instagram. • Identify standalone clips with high engagement potential from longer recordings. • Collaborate with the team to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience editing **short-form content** for Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts. • Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention. • Excellent judgment in selecting compelling moments from long-form content. • Experience editing founder, business, podcast, or operator-style content. • Proficiency in one or more of the following: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Descript, and Adobe After Effects • Strong caption design skills with attention to readability and visual hierarchy. • Ability to work independently while consistently meeting deadlines. • Able to work in several overlapping with PST business hours
