⢠Own the end to end supply chain planning process across raw materials, packaging, finished goods, production timelines, and inventory availability ⢠Ensure the brand is never out of stock and is prepared for rapid sales spikes, limited edition drops, and weekly product launches ⢠Build and maintain systems supporting 100+ active SKUs and frequent new flavor innovation ⢠Partner with manufacturing, operations, finance, product development, and leadership to align production planning with demand ⢠Identify bottlenecks, risks, and shortages before they become business problems ⢠Manage procurement across 50+ ingredients, including flavor systems, functional ingredients, packaging, and other raw materials ⢠Own supplier relationships and negotiate to secure low cost without compromising quality, lead times, or supply reliability ⢠Build multiple sourcing options for critical ingredients ⢠Monitor lead times, MOQs, price changes, supplier capacity, and inventory risk ⢠Drive continuous cost savings across the supply base ⢠Coordinate with toll manufacturers to ensure production is completed on time, in full, and to quality standards ⢠Track production schedules, ingredient availability, packaging readiness, and finished goods output ⢠Hold manufacturing partners accountable to timelines, quality standards, and service levels ⢠Escalate issues quickly and solve problems in real time ⢠Support rapid product drops and innovation cycles ⢠Maintain accurate inventory visibility across raw materials, packaging, WIP, and finished goods ⢠Build planning tools and reporting for fast, informed inventory decisions ⢠Balance inventory availability with cash discipline, avoiding stockouts and unnecessary overbuying ⢠Improve the cash conversion cycle through smarter purchasing, production planning, and inventory management ⢠Analyze demand patterns, drop performance, reorder needs, and SKU velocity ⢠Ensure products are produced to specification and meet brand quality expectations ⢠Partner with QA and manufacturing teams to address product, ingredient, packaging, or production issues ⢠Ensure product availability supports fast shipping, accurate orders, and a strong customer experience ⢠Protect the brand by aligning supply chain execution with customer demand
đŻ Requirements
⢠Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, production planning, manufacturing coordination, or operations leadership ⢠Experience with food, beverage, supplements, CPG, powders, stick packs, or high SKU consumer products strongly preferred ⢠Strong procurement and supplier negotiation skills ⢠Highly analytical with excellent Excel skills ⢠Strong written and verbal communication, with fast, clear, and accurate responses ⢠Strong understanding of inventory planning, lead times, purchase orders, production schedules, and the cash conversion cycle ⢠Ability to manage multiple priorities, vendors, ingredients, timelines, and urgent issues at once ⢠Extremely detail oriented and highly accountable ⢠Comfortable in a fast paced, high pressure, high growth environment ⢠Willingness to be highly responsive outside traditional business hours when required ⢠Full time, fully remote ⢠Aligned to US business hours
