• Drive our growth : Play a key role in our further expansion and the success of our Dutch entity. • Take ownership of exciting projects : Support and help lead initiatives in sales and business development that push our business forward. • Build lasting partnerships : Identify, win, and nurture potential B2B partners to establish strong, long-term collaborations. • Spot opportunities : Conduct market and trend analyses to uncover new growth potentials and contribute fresh ideas to our business model. • Tell our story: Create and deliver compelling pitches and presentations that inspire potential clients and partners. • Be our voice in the market : Represent PAIR Finance at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events. • Collaborate across borders : Work closely with our Country Head Benelux and our dynamic sales team in Berlin to drive joint success.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, psychology, sales, or related field that fuels your strategic thinking. • First relevant hands-on experience in B2B sales or business development in tech environments (internships are also welcome). • Enthusiasm for new technologies with exceptional MS Office skills to drive efficiency and results. • Demonstrated talent for accelerating sales growth with the energy to thrive in our dynamic, fast-paced culture. • Fluent professional communication skills in both Dutch and English - additional European languages are a plus!
