• Lead end-to-end implementation of StartupOS solutions for customers • Serve as the primary point of contact post-sale • Guide customers through onboarding, rollout, and adoption • Manage implementation timelines, deliverables, and program execution • Translate customer workflows and pain points into tailored AI-enabled solutions • Deliver measurable value throughout the engagement lifecycle • Partner closely with sales, product, and technical teams • Provide structured feedback to influence product roadmap and implementation strategy • Help develop repeatable implementation frameworks and best practices • Identify expansion opportunities based on customer outcomes and evolving needs
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, implementation, strategy, operations, or customer transformation roles • Background from a top-tier consulting firm or similarly rigorous environment (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, Accenture, etc.) • Experience working with venture capital firms, family offices, financial services organizations, or executive stakeholders • Strong program management and client execution capabilities • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability • Comfort working across both strategic and operational conversations • High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail • Curiosity and enthusiasm around AI-native business models and emerging technologies • Prior AI experience is not required — adaptability, strategic thinking, and execution capability matter most. • Ideal Background • Management consulting • Strategic operations • Enterprise implementation or transformation work • Customer success in complex SaaS or platform environments • Venture ecosystem exposure • Workflow automation or operational optimization experience
