📋 Description

• Build and maintain robust backend services and APIs powering web and mobile applications using Node.js • Work closely with product management and design to build scalable products and services • Own a component, feature, or system with expert end-to-end understanding • Complete large-scope projects while maintaining high productivity • Take ownership of DevOps responsibilities, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure management, deployment automation, and system reliability • Use AI coding tools such as Cursor, Codex, and Claude Code to accelerate development and improve code quality • Lead key architectural decisions • Work on core experiences including instant bidding and live interactions • Develop scalable architecture for millions of users • Innovate live streaming and checkout features • Maintain a reliable deployment pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• BS (or higher) in Computer Science • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin • 5+ years experience building highly scalable and reliable infrastructure • Hands-on DevOps experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS) • Payment system experience preferred • Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Codex, Claude Code) preferred • Experience building high-concurrency systems preferred • Experience creating web interfaces using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to integrate with backend services preferred • Remote anywhere in China
