📋 Description
• Collaborate with regional account teams to design and architect tailored security solutions. • Document High-Level Designs (HLD) and define key use cases to ensure seamless implementation and long-term value. • Present as the Cortex expert to stakeholders at all levels, from SOC practitioners to C-suite leadership. • Lead discussions on emerging security trends and the evolving threat landscape within the CIS market. • Scope and lead Proof of Value (PoV) projects, applying industry best practices to drive high technical win rates. • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Cortex-specific inquiries, assisting account teams in responding effectively to RFIs/RFPs. • Assist customers and regional partners in developing their service offerings around Cortex solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in Security Operations (SOC) or Presales/Sales Engineering, specifically within SIEM, SOAR, XDR, and endpoint security environments. • A deep, foundational understanding of SOC workflows, incident response lifecycles, and automation strategies. • Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of building trust and delivering results for enterprise-level customers. • Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex AI-driven security concepts into business value. • Solid understanding of cloud and on-premise security architectures. • Scripting experience is a significant advantage, with a preference for Python. • Familiarity with the cybersecurity landscape and regulatory environment within the CIS region is highly preferred.
