📋 Description

• Collaborate with account teams to recommend and develop customer solutions within the assigned specialization area • Present as the technical expert to customers from practitioners to senior leadership • Serve as the main technical point of contact for Cortex and respond to RFIs/RFPs • Lead and support customer demonstrations • Scope and lead Proof of Value projects for prospective customers and partners • Drive technical validation and Proof of Value win rates • Discuss product alignment with customer requirements and differentiation • Architect solutions to strengthen and simplify customers' security posture • Document High-Level Designs and Key Use Cases for implementation and value realization • Help customers build and develop services around Cortex solutions • Lead conversations about industry trends and changes to the security landscape • Discuss competitive marketplace offers and position Palo Alto Networks solutions as the best alternative • Position Palo Alto Networks or partner-delivered services for implementation and value realization • Initiate projects to improve team performance • Implement organizational policies and help others adopt them • Convey customer feedback to Product Management, Technical Marketing, competitor intelligence, and R&D

🎯 Requirements

• Professional communications skills in English and German • 6+ years experience in Security Operations or pre-sales/sales engineering within SIEM, SOAR, SOC, and/or XDR/EDR environments • IBM QRadar design, deployment, and/or pre-sales experience highly desirable • Demonstrated experience working with customers • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude • Solid understanding of Security Operations Center processes • Advanced knowledge of SIEM and/or SOAR solutions • Scripting experience is a plus; Python preferred • Ability to support in-person customer meetings as required by travel demands • Applicants must not require immigration sponsorship; the company will not sponsor work visas for this position
