⢠Serve as the primary technical advisor for assigned customers across EMEA ⢠Build and maintain trusted relationships with operational stakeholders and executive sponsors ⢠Guide customers on Privileged Access Management and security best practices ⢠Monitor product usage and adoption trends ⢠Assist customers with configurations, troubleshooting and integrations
đŻ Requirements
⢠Minimum 3 years of CyberArk PAM experience ideally in a large, complex or modernized environment ⢠Fluent in German and English ⢠Experience with Windows/Unix, Active Directory, IDPs, networking, databases, and IT security ⢠Ability to resolve complex technical problems ⢠Experience with endpoint protection agents is beneficial
