It offers certificates, masterclasses, conferences and in-house training focused on quantitative finance, risk management and technology topics — including algorithmic trading, quantitative development, FRTB regulation, AI in finance, bank treasury and climate risk management — delivered online and in-person to finance professionals and institutions.

📋 Description

• Subject-specific instruction delivered from a home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D • Use of a variety of teaching methods for lesson design • Preparation and development of curriculum-aligned teaching materials • Conducting assessments to measure competency gains

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training and/or degree in the security industry • Training as a Security Specialist (Fachkraft für Schutz und Sicherheit) as a minimum requirement • IHK certificate of the Sachkundeprüfung pursuant to § 34a GewO • Professional experience in the security sector • Experience as a trainer, instructor, or teacher would be an advantage • Proof of pedagogical aptitude (e.g., vocational instructor certificate — Ausbilderschein according to AEVO) • Methodical-didactic skills in conveying instructional content • Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
