📋 Description

• Act as technical leader for the Domain Consultant team and provide expertise and guidance in customers’ network security and zero trust journey • Work closely with Solutions Consultant Managers and District Sales Managers to build customer relationships and define technical solutions • Evangelize Palo Alto Networks leadership in on‑prem, cloud, and security services • Develop Domain Consultant team through training, hiring, mentoring, and performance reviews • Provide product feedback to product management based on customer interactions • Displace competitor technologies and build market share within targeted major accounts • Drive high technical validation and PoC win rates while reducing PoC timelines • Present to customers at all levels and lead industry trend discussions • Review and guide HLD, POV test plans, customer readiness and key use cases to ensure proper implementation • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and act as pre-sales escalation point • Collaborate with post-sales teams for implementation/adoption issues and work with product teams on roadmap and requirements • Travel approximately 50% within the region

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a pre-sales System Engineer Manager • Experience as a Senior System Engineer/Specialist • Industry knowledge of security product market trends and competitor offerings • Knowledge of delivering comprehensive security solutions to Palo Alto Networks customer base • Experience in selling, designing, implementing or managing Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP and/or SOC Transformation Technologies • Partnering with Customer Support functions to ensure successful implementation and adoption • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills • High level of German language capabilities; business fluent in English • Willingness to travel 50% within the region
