âą Build and lead a team focused on unifying user experience across PandaDocâs web and mobile applications. âą Own the experience layer of the platform: how customers and their recipients interact with documents, collaborate, and navigate across web, mobile and chat/AI. âą Lead a cross-functional product group spanning Mobile, Recipient Experience (document viewing, signing, collaboration with 5M+ MAUs), Collaboration, and Design Framework Adoption. âą Ensure UI kit, design system, and visual language are adopted consistently across teams in partnership with VPUX. âą Lead teams polishing top user journeys (create, send, sign, pay) and improving information architecture across the platform. âą Drive usability, performance, and reliability of recipient-facing and mobile experiences.
âą 8+ years of product management and design experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role. âą Strong background in user experience, design systems, and collaboration products; experience scaling recipient-facing surfaces (consumer-grade SaaS or marketplace a plus). âą Proven success shipping mobile apps at scale. âą Track record of improving critical flows and information architecture in a complex product. âą Well versed in agentic AI, technical and hands-on enough to build your own agents. âą Exceptional leadership skills: able to inspire, mentor, and drive alignment across multiple product areas. âą Analytical and data-driven, but equally comfortable advocating for usability and design polish. âą Passionate about making complex workflows simple, intuitive, and delightful. âą Based in Europe or US East Coast.
