📋 Description

• PandaDoc is building the future of documents; platform used worldwide with over $100M ARR in 2024. • Engineering team (~200) is diverse and passionate; fully remote with optional in-person visits to Warsaw, Lisbon, Kyiv. • We’re investing in the Document and Editor domain; forming a brand-new 5-engineer team to enhance the Document UX and features. • As a Python Engineer, you’ll own impactful projects affecting thousands of users; collaborate with Content, Document, and Java teams. • Location: Europe; remote work with flexibility; offices available for in-person collaboration. • Stack includes AsyncIO Python, Django; AWS, Kubernetes; NATS/gRPC migration; Kafka, Debezium; RabbitMQ; Temporal.io; Websocket; PostgreSQL, Redis, S3; LGTM for monitoring. • About you: 3+ years Python, relational DBs, MQs, AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD; English upper intermediate+. • Benefits: remote work, career growth, competitive salary, vibrant culture, and more.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3+ years of development experience with Python • Care about quality; you know what shipping high-quality code means • Experience with any relational databases (SQL queries, migrations, optimization) • Experience with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) • Experience with Amazon Web Services and Kubernetes • Hands-on experience in developing a service-oriented architecture • Hands-on experience with CI/CD (e.g., GitLab) • It is good to have experience with the LGTM stack and OpenTelemetry • It is good to have open-source contributions and experience • It is good to have experience with the event sourcing approach • English: upper intermediate+ (verbal and written)
