📋 Description

• PandaDoc is building the future of documents; fully remote; new team of 5 engineers dedicated to enhancing the Document, redesigning UX, and delivering new features. • Opportunity to directly impact thousands of users by working on the most challenging and strategic part of PandaDoc's product. • Collaborate with Content, Document, and Java teams; own and maintain Editor, Document Management, and PDF Generation. • Location: distributed across Europe; remote work and flexible arrangements. • Company focus on stability, quality, and performance; strong engineering culture. • Technical stack includes AsyncIO Python services, Django, AWS, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, S3, NATS/gRPC, Kafka, Debezium, RabbitMQ, Temporal.io, and OpenTelemetry. • About you: 3+ years Python, QA mindset, relational databases, queues, AWS/Kubernetes, service-oriented architecture, CI/CD, OpenTelemetry, open-source contributions, event sourcing, English (upper intermediate+).

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3+ years of development experience with Python • Care about quality; you know what shipping high-quality code means • Experience with any relational databases (SQL queries, migrations, optimization) • Experience with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) • Experience with Amazon Web Services and Kubernetes • Hands-on experience in developing a service-oriented architecture • Hands-on experience with CI/CD (e.g., GitLab) • It is good to have experience with the LGTM stack and OpenTelemetry • It is good to have open-source contributions and experience • It is good to have experience with the event sourcing approach • English: upper intermediate+ (verbal and written)
