• Define and drive strategy, roadmap, and execution for a key product area. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, design, and GTM teams, to deliver customer-centric solutions. • Identify and validate customer pain points and market gaps through discovery, competitive research, and data analysis. • Deliver new capabilities to market that solve meaningful customer problems and drive adoption. • Test hypotheses, validate product-market fit, and determine where and how to expand our footprint. • Define and measure success through KPIs, metrics, and continuous learning loops. • Influence hiring decisions and help scale the product team as we grow.
• 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of building and shipping successful B2B SaaS products. • Experience working on platforms, SaaS or technical products is highly desirable. • Strategic thinker with strong product instincts; able to switch easily between high-level vision and detailed execution. • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success. • Comfort with ambiguity and excitement for building new product areas from 0→1 and scaling them to maturity. • Technical fluency and ability to engage in discussions with engineering partners on architecture, tradeoffs, and scalability is a plus.
