📋 Description

• Increase sales and achieve individual and store targets by applying Pandora sales techniques and focusing on key indicators (IDV, PM, TT) • Build strong connections between our customers and the brand by creating an unforgettable experience through exemplary service and an approach tailored to each customer’s profile, story and needs • Develop and share your expertise in jewelry and the Pandora brand to drive sales and deliver memorable customer experiences • Build customer loyalty by promoting enrollment in the loyalty program, presenting new products and generating excitement about upcoming launches • Assist with receiving deliveries, unloading them and storing merchandise in the store’s designated areas • Act as an ambassador for the brand and the store by living the company values every day (We dream, We dare, We care, We perform) and maintaining a professional, polished appearance • Showcase the store’s products and maintain order and cleanliness in the back office

🎯 Requirements

• Prior knowledge of the brand and an interest in Pandora jewelry is an asset • Positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a high-performing team • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment—our stores are often very busy with long queues • Sales experience, ideally in a retail environment, is a plus • Excellent communication skills; able to establish rapport and interact confidently with customers • Proficiency in English is a plus • Availability to work weekends and public holidays is desired
