📋 Description

• You oversee your Peter Pane restaurant in all matters and are the primary point of contact for the operation • You lead your team of employees and team leaders and ensure implementation of system standards and current promotions • You plan your financial targets and take all necessary measures to achieve your goals • You prepare budget, staffing and KPI plans and keep them under constant review • You coordinate closely with your team and your supervising Area Manager and report on current issues • You rock the daily operations with your Peter Pane team and are willing to pitch in when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in hospitality / hotel management or equivalent operational experience • Management experience as a General Manager / Restaurant Manager (m/f/d), preferably in chain/contracted restaurant operations • Valid health certificate • You are a true host and restaurateur and ready to achieve targets with us • Service-oriented and careful working style, combined with a respectful leadership approach • Enjoyment of working in hospitality and open, honest communication
