📋 Description
• Build and execute customer strategies for Pan‑EU retailers and priority accounts • Work to establish trade programs that deliver outcomes with clear marketing and sales deliverables • Develop and execute joint business plans with retailers through distributor partners • Drive execution via distributor Key Account teams for distribution targets and Perfect Store standards
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the FMCG/CPG industry • Strong sales & negotiation skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German • Solid understanding of financial analysis principles • Strong persuasion and influencing skills
