📋 Description

• Build and maintain a positive working atmosphere by leading, developing, coaching, and motivating your store team • Manage stock operations on the sales floor and ensure attractive product presentation in the store • Optimize, control, and implement all relevant procedures and sales processes • Take responsibility for your store's sales and financial results • Confident use of our merchandise management and POS systems • Responsibility for sales, performance analyses, and workforce planning

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in retail cosmetics or fashion • Strong customer service orientation and proven sales skills • Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire • Team player with leadership experience • Strong organizational skills and good numerical/analytical aptitude • Passion for cosmetics • Confident and reliable professional demeanor
