📋 Description

• Lead a team of rotating Beauty Advisors with a focus on motivation, development and sell-out optimization • Provide coaching and on-the-job training directly at the point of sale (POS) – including regular store visits • Regularly monitor sell-out performance in the relevant retail doors and derive appropriate measures to achieve our sales targets • Closely collaborate with Retail Management, the field team and key accounts to identify opportunities early and respond quickly • Establish clear processes, KPIs and reporting structures, and continuously optimize workflows to increase impact • Develop efficient deployment plans and routing for the rotating Beauty Advisors (BAs) • Work closely with key accounts, the sales force and brand teams • Develop activation and action plans to maximize sell-out potential in the top doors supported by the BAs • Ensure high-quality execution of all POS activities together with the team

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on marketing or management, or an equivalent commercial qualification • Several years of experience in retail, ideally in the beauty or premium segment • Initial leadership experience, preferably managing sales staff • Hands-on mentality, strong communication skills and genuine passion for retail excellence • Good analytical skills and a pronounced commercial sense for sales, KPI management and business contexts • Resilience and flexibility in handling diverse tasks • Confident user of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage • Excellent written and spoken German and English • Based in Hamburg with a high willingness to travel
