📋 Description

• Responsible for efficient store management and for organizing a structured, customer-focused sales floor in a retail environment • Manage and prioritize operational processes in daily floor operations to ensure smooth store functioning • Actively support the team in customer consultations and conduct professional, closing-oriented sales conversations • Provide end-to-end customer support across the entire customer journey — from first contact and purchase to long-term customer retention • Ensure and implement defined service quality, brand standards and retail policies in daily store operations • Assume leadership responsibilities as deputy store manager and act as a central point of contact in the retail store • Handle complaints professionally and provide solution-oriented processing of complex service and complaint cases • Support onboarding of new employees, promote team leadership and facilitate employee skills development

🎯 Requirements

• Enjoy advising customers, providing service and selling in luxury retail or a similar environment • Initial experience in coordination, deputy roles or team organization is an advantage • Strong sense of style and awareness for discerning customers • Interest in interior design, architecture or lighting design is desirable • Calm and able to maintain an overview even during busy customer periods • Very good German and English language skills
