• At Panoptyc, we're on a mission to revolutionize loss prevention. Using visual AI and manual reviewers, we help retailers detect theft in over 15,000 markets across the United States. • We're seeking a detail-oriented Investigator to support core operations by reviewing large volumes of grocery store footage and flagging suspicious activity. • In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for analyzing transactions, identifying potential incidents, and continuously suggesting improvements to our internal processes. • This is a focused operational role ideal for someone who is disciplined, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment.
🎯 Requirements
• Based in India or nearby regions and available to work EST hours • 5–10 years of experience in operations, quality assurance, or similar roles • Proficiency in Google Sheets and online task tracking • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) • Ability to remain focused during repetitive, detail-heavy tasks • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to thrive in a remote setting
