📋 Description

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. • Provide accurate and timely information about Amazon's products, services, and policies. • Resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, payments, and account management. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with customer accounts or orders. • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in Amazon's CRM system. • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. • Stay updated on Amazon's products, services, and promotions to provide informed assistance. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions. • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction scores, response time, and resolution rates.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or customer service experience preferred. • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or related fields is a plus. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and customer understanding. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other customer support tools. • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace. • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
