• At Paradox, we’re not building just another learning platform. We’re on a mission to redefine how millions of people unlock their ambition—through breakthrough digital experiences, captivating storytelling, and frontier technology. • This is a full-time position, carried out from our beautiful offices in Dubai, Lisbon or full-remote from anywhere in the world (with frequent travels to Dubaï). • Think Nike meets Netflix, powered by neuroscience and soft skills. Now inject it with AI, immersive media, and obsession-level execution. That’s where we’re headed—and we need a visionary CTO to take us there. • You’ll work closely with our founding team to define our technical vision.

• You have a track-record being startup-savvy CTO building world-class teams and products from 0 → 1. • You’re obsessed with shipping, learning, and improving—always data-informed, never perfectionist. • You’re both strategic and hands-on: able to design architecture and jump into code when needed. • You care deeply about education, personal growth, and impact—and want your work to matter. • You lead with energy, clarity, and empathy—and attract A-players who want to follow your lead.
