📋 Description

• Deliver interim HR support to international clients • Take ownership of operational HR activities and employee lifecycle processes • Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR matters • Assist with HR projects, documentation, policies and process improvements • Manage multiple client assignments and priorities simultaneously • Collaborate with Parakar's local HR specialists whenever country-specific expertise is required

🎯 Requirements

• Around 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Officer, HR Administrator or similar in a Dutch HR environment • Fluent in Dutch & English
