📋 Description

• Enable Parexel’s data movement within the Enterprise Data Lake • Deliver standardized operational data products across clinical, safety, and corporate domains • Contribute to data lake strategy, engineering, and operations • Partner with Data and Technology, ensuring trusted, high-quality, and well-governed data • Lead engineering activities across data ingestion, transformation, storage, and optimization • Oversee performance, quality, reliability, security, and lifecycle management of data • Champion transparency and communication of data technology roadmaps • Build, mentor, and lead global data engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • Extensive experience implementing and supporting enterprise data initiatives on cloud platforms • Proficiency in modern data management and data-sharing tools, programming languages, relational databases, data transformation, and development frameworks • Experience with GxP regulations in a life sciences environment is highly desirable • Demonstrated expertise in data and cloud platforms, particularly Azure Databricks • Advanced level in SQL querying and query tuning is mandatory • Strong IT experience developing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale enterprise integration services and platforms
