📋 Description

• Design and develop high-quality training deliverables across multiple modalities • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to extract insights and create learning content • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to business challenges • Stay current with tools and methodologies and contribute innovative design ideas • Perform quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet TDS standards and client requirements • Build and maintain relationships with clients and Subject Matter Experts • Manage stakeholder interactions throughout the development cycle • Communicate project progress, risks, and questions to design leads • Identify and escalate risks and support mitigation strategies with managers and design leads • Create visually compelling and functionally effective learning materials • Provide graphic and design consultation for innovative training solutions • Ensure visual and functional deliverables align with TDS standards and client needs

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree • Equivalent pathway: Master's degree with 0–2 years of experience • Background in instructional design, graphic design, editorial design, or training • Excellent graphic development and instructional development capabilities • Proficiency in developing learning across multiple modalities • Strong technical writing skills • High attention to quality and detail • Creative problem-solving ability • Ability to navigate ambiguity on medium- to large-scope projects • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with diverse teams • Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Education, or related field, or equivalent professional experience • Experience with emerging learning technologies and platforms preferred as a nice-to-have • Portfolio demonstrating instructional design or graphic design work preferred as a nice-to-have
