📋 Description

• Execute end-to-end Systematic Literature Reviews (SLRs) • Deliver or lead SLR steps including screening, data extraction, protocol design, and quantitative feasibility • Develop systematic review reports, slide decks, manuscripts, abstracts, and posters • Work independently and within a team under Project Leads/Managers • Prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality, client-ready work • Follow organizational consulting models and methodologies • Understand project scope, objectives, and profitability factors; identify issues and propose solutions • Interact professionally with all levels within client organizations • Support presentations with senior guidance • Support Project Leads with project management tasks and customize deliverables • Support creation of HEOR proposals for Managers/Directors • Identify potential new business leads and maintain relationships with industry contacts • Meet scorecard metrics and complete timesheets, expenses, CV updates, and archiving • Participate in internal initiatives and mentoring • Pursue self-development activities to stay current in the industry

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in a Scientific or Technical discipline • Advanced degree holders should have >3 years of relevant experience (HEOR/SLR) • Preferred: Master’s in Life Sciences/MBBS/BDS/PhD (>3 years of experience) • Ideal: Postgraduate degree in COA-related fields (Psychology, Social Science, Anthropology)
