📋 Description

• Lead APAC and ex-APAC regulatory compliance projects as Project Lead within Parexel’s Strategic Compliance Consulting Global Operation team • Collaborate with Technical Leads and Subject Matter Experts to manage timelines, resources, budgets, quality standards, and stakeholder alignment • Manage client liaison, relationship management, project assessment, initiation, scheduling, implementation, reporting, communication, and financial oversight • Set up project tools, plans, SOP lists, Workday codes, team lists, and project-specific training in LMS • Provide initial schedules and resource plans to senior management • Establish client expectations, manage kick-off meetings, review contracts and budgeted hours, and oversee project onboarding and resourcing • Develop project plans, roles and responsibilities, WBS, communication plans, risk analyses, metrics, and related project tools • Proactively manage project risks, challenges, resolutions, decisions, contingency plans, and progress communications • Conduct regular project team and client meetings and communicate scope, timelines, goals, technical information, changes, and project status • Provide management input on team training and performance and communicate fiscal, contractual, resource, deliverable, and client issues • Oversee administrative closeout, project archiving, documentation return, end-of-project meetings, and lessons learned

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading regulatory compliance projects across APAC and ex-APAC environments • Strong project leadership, agility, and strategic foresight • Ability to manage project timelines, resources, budgets, stakeholders, and client relationships • Knowledge of project initiation, execution, implementation, control, evaluation, and closure processes • Ability to use project management plans, SOPs, Workday codes, team lists, LMS, WBS, communication plans, and risk analyses • Ability to collaborate with Technical Leads, Subject Matter Experts, Finance Business Partners, Project Specialists, Consulting Leads, clients, and cross-functional teams • Ability to manage project metrics, financial oversight, fiscal responsibility, contractual requirements, quality standards, and deliverables • Ability to prepare project status reports, project plans, administrative reports, risk analyses, contingency plans, and client communications • Ability to oversee project onboarding, resource requests, team changes, project-related training, and performance feedback • Ability to complete project closeout procedures, archiving, documentation return, and lessons-learned activities
